The Winter Workshop is an opportunity for classical guitar, violin, viola and cello students to participate in educational and performance opportunities.
In the past we have invited Canadian and International clinicians to teach music literacy, rhythm, introduction to new instruments, Suzuki method group classes, string masterclasses and mentoring music ensembles.
Students have explored different styles of music such as fiddling, flamenco, and early music.
We also provide a teacher training component for music teachers in the Calgary and surrounding areas at a reasonable cost.
